Hi, I’m Vanessa, the founder of Mighty Steps. With over six years of diverse hands-on ABA therapy experience, I’ve had the pleasure of working in home, school, childcare, clinic, and community settings. I’m passionate about helping little ones because, honestly, I love seeing them thrive. Although I have my credentials, what really matters is the care and attention I provide. I believe in offering the best quality care, love, and attention to each child. I’m here to help your child thrive and to support your family every step of the way.

Meet Nicole

Behaviour Therapist
Hi, I’m Nicole, and I’m thrilled to be part of the Mighty Steps team. My journey in supporting children has taken me through various roles in home, school, childcare, and clinic settings, where I’ve been fortunate to help kids navigate challenges and celebrate their achievements.

Currently, I’m pursuing my Masters of Applied Behaviour Analysis at Monash University and working towards my CBA & BCBA accreditations. While my studies are a big part of my life, my real passion is in working directly with children who have Autism, ADHD, developmental delays, and behaviours of concern.
My background:

  • Currently studying Masters of Applied Behaviour Analysis at Monash University
